Your enquiry is received by our booking and notification platform, which stores the message, sends your confirmation email, and notifies us internally (for example via Slack or Telegram).

These services act as processors and handle the data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your contact and any resulting work, then delete them.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and to object to or restrict processing.
